Sabine Place Apartments undergo renovations

Fort Worth Housing Solutions celebrated the completion of renovations at Sabine Place Apartments in the Diamond Hill-Jarvis neighborhood.

New features include renovated kitchens and bathroom, new appliances, new flooring, new HVAC systems throughout the property, new roofs, energy-efficient windows, new entrance doors, a new playground, LED lighting throughout the property for added security, and a newly remodeled and fully ADA-accessible management space and community office with computers and a printer for residents’ business needs.

Sabine Place Apartments is at 1215 Terminal Road in Council District 2. The project is a partnership involving Fort Worth Housing Solutions, private developers, Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs, the City of Fort Worth and the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development.
